What we collect

When you apply or become a client, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email, phone, social platform handles and follower counts, content niche and style, past brand deal history, income goals and rate expectations, and any notes you share with us. If you grant inbox access for monitoring, we access the brand-related emails you've authorized us to see.

The application also asks for some optional context — your birthday, occupation, how long you've been creating, and demographic details like gender, marital status, or family situation. None of it is required to apply. It's used only to personalize how we work with you and match you with relevant brands — never shared outside the agency.

How we use it

To run your brand outreach and inbox monitoring, calculate a suggested rate card, match you with relevant brands, and communicate with you about your account and opportunities. We don't use your data to train third-party AI models or sell it to advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share data with the service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). We share your name and pitch details with brands we contact on your behalf, since that's the point of the service. We don't otherwise sell or share your personal data with third parties, and we don't publicly disclose your earnings or deal details without your explicit opt-in consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you're an active client, plus a reasonable period after cancellation for records and legal/tax purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to what we're required to retain by law.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we have on you, correct it, or request deletion, by emailing us. If you're a client, you can already see and update some of this directly from your dashboard.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
